Position: Head of Operations

This is a great position for a highly energetic person who loves working with a supportive community. This is a job with many responsibilities, but in a flexible working environment. In this position you will work in tandem with the Head of School on all areas of responsibilities. You will play a role in insuring that children feel welcome, valued, comfortable and secure.

In this position you will provide infrastructure, coordination, and support to the daily and programmatic operations of the school. This position is responsible for the school’s communications; recruitment and enrollment; ensuring compliance with state regulations and requirements; fundraising; and employee recruitment and hiring. This position also manages the building and grounds needs of the schoolhouse and campus.

Ideal candidates will have strong verbal and written communication skills; computer and web literacy; a demonstrated organizational ability; the ability to work on a variety of teams with diverse membership and a capacity for project management. Successful candidates must enjoy the presence of children.
