Southshire Community School, a Vermont Independent School based in North Bennington, seeks a part-time Administrative Assistant starting early 2021.
About the Position
The individual in this part time, permanent position supports the Head of School in the management of the Southshire Community School by addressing the day to day administrative needs of the school.
This role is part time, 15-20 hours per week and 3-5 days per week with a flexible schedule. We expect the person in this position would be present at least three times a week during drop off and pick up (i.e. 8:00-9:00 am and 2:30-3 pm). Wage commensurate with experience between $14.50 and $19.00 per hour.
Responsibilities fall into five areas: School Records, Parent Communication, Outreach and Enrollment, Educational Programming Support, and Facility Maintenance. Full position description.
